Having sinus congestion could be a painful menace. There are lots of ways to naturally get rid of the built up pressure. As you know, sinuses could be the result of a cold, infection or allergies.

Add some peppermint, eucalyptus or menthol to help you breathe easier. If you don’t want to run a bath or shower, then use a bowl with hot water and breathe in the steam.
